The Tuesday Edge, from event planner to Experiential Strategist

What lands in your inbox every Tuesday

One idea, fully explained

Not a list of tips. One strategic shift, unpacked with the reasoning behind it, so you can actually use it.

A real story

From client events, lost bids, and the pushback that changed everything. The honest version, including what I'd do differently.

Something to use this week

A question for your discovery call, a line for your proposal, or a better way to answer an RFP. Small moves that change how clients see you.

Written for one person

This is for you if

  • You own an event business and have mastered execution.
  • You're booked, respected, and your income hasn't moved in years.
  • You want better clients and higher fees without starting over.
  • You're ready to be hired for your thinking, not just your timeline.

It's probably not for you if

  • You're still learning how to plan and run an event.
  • You're looking for decor trends or vendor lists.
  • You want out of events, not up.

From this week's issue

Issue 42

Booked solid is not a goal of mine.

When I'm out at networking events, being booked solid is a badge of honor. I wore that badge too. But being booked solid means more execution work, and less of the work I actually love. What changed for me wasn't the number of events on my calendar. It was the value I brought to each one.

If your calendar were half as full, would your business still grow?

A note from me

I started the Tuesday Edge because I couldn't find the conversation I needed when I was stuck. Everyone was talking about how much to charge. Nobody was talking about why you're worth it.

So every Tuesday, I write the email I wish I'd gotten back then. Honest, specific, and built for owners who already know how to do the work.

And I read every reply. Hit reply any week and tell me what's happening in your business. Your questions shape what I write next.
